These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase a NopeAudio software license directly from us. They form a binding agreement between you and the seller when you accept them and submit payment.

What you purchase

You purchase a license to use the software described on the product and checkout pages, not ownership of the software or its source code. For NopeRef, the current offer is a personal, perpetual license for the stated plug-in formats and up to three activated computers. The End User License Agreement defines the permitted use.

Product information and compatibility

Before ordering, review the product description, supported operating systems, plug-in formats, host requirements, trial availability, device limit, and documentation. The three-day trial is available so you can test compatibility before purchase.

Price and payment

The product and checkout pages show the applicable price and currency. The final total shown before payment is the amount charged unless the checkout clearly identifies an additional tax required by law. Payment is one-time unless the checkout explicitly states that it is recurring.

Payment is collected by a payment provider acting on our behalf. The provider and available payment methods are shown before you leave NopeAudio or on the provider's secure payment page.

Payment security. Card details are entered only on the payment provider's secure page and sent over an encrypted connection. NopeAudio never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date, or security code.

How the agreement is concluded

By selecting the acceptance box and submitting the order, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Digital Delivery Policy, and the End User License Agreement. The agreement is concluded when the payment provider confirms payment or, for a fully discounted order, when we confirm the order.

Digital delivery

The license is delivered electronically to the account connected to the email address supplied at checkout. Delivery timing and steps are described in the Digital Delivery Policy. No physical product is shipped.

Refunds and defective software

Our voluntary 14-day refund process is described in the Refund Policy. This policy does not restrict any mandatory remedy available for defective or misdescribed software.

Your responsibilities

You must provide a working email address, protect your account and license key, use the software within the license terms, and comply with laws that apply to you. Do not send a complete license key or payment-card details in a support request.

Law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded or reduced. Changes to these Terms apply only to orders placed after the updated version is published.
