These Terms of Use govern access to the NopeAudio website, accounts, downloads, documentation, and support services. Purchases are additionally governed by the Terms of Sale and the End User License Agreement shown before checkout.

Using the website

You may browse the website, download available installers and trials, create an account, manage your licenses, and contact support for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security or licensing controls, use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly that it has been compromised. Contact support@nopeaudio.com if you lose access or notice unauthorized activity.

Intellectual property

The website, plug-ins, documentation, branding, artwork, and other materials supplied by NopeAudio are protected by intellectual property laws. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of these materials. Software use is governed by the End User License Agreement.

Third-party services

Payment, email, hosting, and licensing functions may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller where applicable.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or discontinue website features. We will not intentionally remove access to a paid perpetual license without a valid legal, security, refund, fraud-prevention, or license-enforcement reason.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of data, or loss caused by unsupported systems, third-party services, or use contrary to the documentation.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If mandatory consumer law in your country provides stronger protection, that protection continues to apply.
