End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to NopeAudio software. By installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Licensor

NopeAudio grants the software licenses described in this Agreement. For questions, visit the Contact page.

License grant

For a paid personal perpetual license, the licensor grants one named user a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased software on up to three activated computers at the same time, subject to the product description and this Agreement.

You may use the software for personal and commercial music, audio, film, game, broadcast, and client projects. You own your original output and recordings. You do not receive ownership of the software, its code, interface, documentation, or branding.

Trial license

A trial license may be used only for evaluation during the period shown in the product. It may require an internet connection to start, expires automatically, and may not be reset or extended by bypassing technical controls.

Device activation

The software may use online activation to enforce the device limit. You can deactivate a computer inside the plug-in and then activate the license on another computer.

Restrictions

You must not share, sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, publish, or disclose the software or license key; bypass activation or device limits; remove ownership notices; distribute the plug-in as part of another product; or reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction.

Updates and compatibility

A perpetual license covers the licensed product version and compatible updates that we make available for it. It does not promise every future major product or perpetual compatibility with operating systems, plug-in hosts, or hardware released later. Current requirements are published on the product page.

Third-party components

The software may include third-party components governed by their notices or open-source licenses. Those licenses apply to the relevant components and are not restricted by this Agreement.

Termination

The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if you materially breach this Agreement and do not remedy the breach after notice where a remedy is possible. On termination, stop using and remove the software and license key. Lawfully created audio and project output remains yours.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that the software will materially match its description when used on a supported system. Nothing in this Agreement excludes mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data, and you are responsible for backing up projects before installing software or updates.

Refunds

The voluntary 14-day process is described in the Refund Policy. A refund revokes the corresponding license.
