Digital Delivery

NopeAudio products are supplied electronically. We do not ship a physical box, disc, or printed license, and there is no shipping charge.

What you receive

• an order confirmation;
• a NopeAudio account connected to the purchase email, or the order added to your existing account;
• access to the purchased license in your account;
• access to the current installers from the Downloads page.

Delivery time

Delivery starts after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The order and license normally appear within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours. A fully discounted order is delivered after NopeAudio confirms the order.

Account access

If you checked out without signing in, we may create an account for the supplied email address and send a secure link for choosing a password. For security, the complete license key is available in the account and is not included in ordinary email messages.

Downloads and installation

Download the installer for your operating system from the public Downloads page. System requirements, plug-in formats, and installation instructions are shown on the product page and in the documentation. Internet access is required for initial trial or license activation; an activated license can then operate offline as described in the documentation.

If delivery is delayed

Check the spam folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If the license has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support@nopeaudio.com. Include the order number and purchase email. We will investigate without waiting for the 24-hour maximum period.

If we cannot provide the purchased license, you may choose a replacement delivery attempt or a full refund. Mandatory legal remedies remain available.
