Refund Policy

We want you to have enough time to check your purchase. In addition to any mandatory legal rights, we offer the following refund process for licenses purchased directly from NopeAudio.

14-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback helps us improve the product.

How to request a refund

Email support@nopeaudio.com from the purchase email address. Include the order number if available. Do not send full payment-card details or your complete license key.

If the purchase was processed through a payment platform that requires refunds to be initiated in its interface, we will tell you the required steps and assist with the request.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued, the corresponding license is revoked and must no longer be used. You should remove the software from devices on which it was installed. A refund does not affect projects or audio files that you lawfully created before the license was revoked.

Processing time

We normally review requests within three business days. An approved refund is issued only to the same card, account, or wallet used for the original payment, no later than 10 calendar days after a valid request. We cannot send refunds to any other card, account, or recipient, including at the customer's request.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds.

Technical problems and incorrect descriptions

The 14-day period does not limit remedies that must be provided by law when software is defective, cannot be delivered, or materially differs from its description. Contact support and describe the operating system, host application, plug-in format, and steps that reproduce the problem.

Abuse

We may decline a voluntary refund for repeated purchases of the same product after an earlier refund, fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of the license. This does not restrict rights that cannot be excluded by law.
